A Return Merchandize Authorization “RMA” Number is required for all returns and must be clearly documented on the shipping label outside the shipping box.  RMA number may be obtained by contacting AXeOMA Corporation.

 

All unused merchandise (in the original packaging) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping & handling charges and a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price.

 

All order cancellations must be made by contacting AXeOMA Corporation prior to acceptance of package delivery. Orders which have been not yet been shipped may be cancelled for a full refund.  Orders which have been shipped may be cancelled for a full refund less shipping & handling charges and a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price provided that the customer refuses the shipment on delivery.

 

All orders must be inspected at the time of delivery acceptance by the customer.  In the event of a visible damage to the shipment box while the box is in transit, the customer is responsible to refuse the shipment on delivery, fill out the “Damage Form” which is provided by the UPS Delivery representative, and contact AXeOMA Corporation.  AXeOMA Corporation will not accept returns which have visible damage on the box directly if the above procedures are not followed.

 

All defective merchandise may be returned by contacting AXeOMA Corporation to describe the damage within 3 days of delivery acceptance.  Refund for defective merchandize will only be issued if the merchandise is received by us within 14 days of delivery acceptance.

 

All returns are processed within 3 days of receipt by AXeOMA Corporation for replacements or refunds.

 

All items are shipped by UPS.  Refer to item description for details on delivery timeframe. In the event the item is not available for shipment within the indicated timeframe, AXeOMA Corporation will inform the customer of the expected shipment date.

 

AXeOMA Corporation will provide the UPS tracking number for tracking purposes and is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

 

UPS will make every attempt to deliver the shipment as per UPS policies. In the event of exhausted failed delivery attempts due to the customer not being available for delivery acceptance or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer resulting in a returned package, all shipping and handling costs associated with the order are the responsibility of a customer.
